He specialises in Micro Acupuncture Systems particularly Korean Hand Acupuncture Therapy (KHT). He studied under the originator of KHT, Dr Tae Woo Yoo, for many years and gained a Diploma in Korean Hand Therapy. He regularly returns back to South Korea to lecture at the KHT headquarters and KHT international conventions. He apprenticed under various TCM, KHT and Auricular masters in South Korea, and has deep knowledge of both TCM and Five Element Acupuncture (Sa am Acupuncture). Jong has been a visiting lecturer for both Coventry University and the University of Wales. He is now a visiting professor at Southern California University School of Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture. He currently has two published books: 'Korean Hand Therapy: An Introductory Guide to Hand Acupuncture, Acupressure and Moxibustion' and 'The Three Treasures: An Exploration of Jing, Qi and Shen Focusing on Huangdi Neijing'. He has also worked as part of a palliative care team in a hospice in Darlington for 14 years.

Jong Baik Dip Ac Dip KHT Ac BA MSc PhD DAc (Doctor of Acupuncture) is an established lecturer with an enthusiastic, intense and also relaxed style of teaching. He specialises in Micro Acupuncture Systems- KHT (Korean Hand Acupuncture Therapy), Auricular (E Chim & Ear Reflex Zone Therapy), Sujok (Korean Hand & Foot Acupuncture), Eye Acupuncture, Nose Acupuncture. He is qualified in Sinology including Chinese Classics (including the Yijing, Nanjing, Huangdi Neijing).
This one-day introductory hands-on seminar is a great chance to learn about Thai Tok Sen massage.
Leave the day with a significantly deeper knowledge of this therapy and the skills to offer wider treatment options based on an accurate knowledge of numerous techniques, resulting in increased treatment success and more individualised client treatment planning.
This is a practice focused day with numerous practical sessions and demonstrations. The aim of this day is to enable practitioners to leave with a range of skills & knowledge they can put immediately into practice in their own clinic.
